Baltimore Running Festival will celebrate its 23rd anniversary with the Health and Fitness Expo at the Baltimore Convention Center. The Expo will take place on Friday, 18th October 2024. Health & Fitness Expo will be open to all and is FREE. The event is open to the public and there are no fees to attend. This year, we're offering you the option to have your gear shipped to you. You can add this $25 option to your registration by visiting the Run Sign Up profile HERE. Packets are mailed out prior to race. We will send you tracking information when we mail your packet. The mailed packets are not available for pick-up at the Expo. Maryland Stadium Authority is offering Lot H as FREE PARKING for the Expo. The lot is only a.75-mile walk from the convention centre. You can also take the Light Rail two stops from the Hamburg St. Station located in Lot G to the Convention Center Stop. If you decide to pay for parking, there are several paid lots located near the Convention Center.

Setting Up a Booth for Health and Fitness Expo
Slav,My name is Alec and I am a sports performance coach/personal trainer at MadLab Performance in Eldersburg, Maryland. We are a local private facility who mainly work with young athletes and general population on movement performance. I wanted to reach out to see if it would still be possible to set up a booth for the expo? I completely understand that this is very late, but we would love to have the opportunity to present to the expo-goers on what we have to offer.
