Click the blue button to make an appointment on the "My Event page" of the virtual attendee center.

You can either scroll down the list to find attendees or use the search bar. Click the blue button on the left side of the screen once you have selected the attendees you wish to invite.

Click the blue button in the lower left corner to send the invitation.

Click "Attendees may join this appointment virtually". The zoom link is generated in the invitation.

The recipient will receive a message similar to this one once you send the request. The recipient is brought to the virtual attendee center where they can confirm their decision.

You can then add the meeting into your calendar after the appointment is approved. The system does not provide Zoom phone numbers, so in this case you'll need to find an alternative method.

You can still make the appointment, but you should inform everyone that the call will come from a different number.
