SILMO Singapore will be officially launched on September 25, 2021. SILMO, MP Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board have signed a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).
SILMO International has been present in Southeast Asia since 2018 with the ASEAN Optometric Congress and an international tradeshow in Bangkok.
SILMO, which will host subsequent editions of 2024 and 2025, will move from Singapore to 2023 as larger-scale events and activities are resumed over the next several years. This move shows SILMO's commitment to the growth of Southeast Asia's optics and eyewear industries. It also highlights Singapore as a premier business event capital, and a platform for MICE companies to expand in Asia.
SILMO Singapore is the Asian edition of SILMO Paris. This international B2B tradeshow for eyewear, lifestyle, and fashion will launch new collections and technologies.
SILMO Singapore, which will be based in Singapore from 2023 and licensed by the SILMO association in Paris, will feature the best global brands, content, and major optical and eyewear brands in Southeast Asia. SILMO Singapore also features curated content, platforms and networking opportunities for industry leaders.
