Michigan's premier pinball, arcade, and gameroom show.
#1. The auction starts at 3pm sharp, on Saturday. All items must be registered by 2:00pm and placed in the cordoned-off area. No exceptions Saturday morning. Pinball, arcade, and Backglasses are allowed. Other parts, boards etc. will not be permitted.
#2. The auction items will be sold in a separate area roped off. The sellers can begin placing their items for sale in the roped-off area between the opening of the doors and 2:00pm. All items must be placed in the auction area before the start of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made.
The staff will write down everything that is going to be auctioned on a pad. Each item has a ticket that is associated with it. This number will be written down on the notepad, along with the seller's name and number.
When the item is brought to the area roped off, it will be given a sticker with its ticket number. The final bid hammer will be written on the item once it is sold to show the amount the buyer must pay the seller. This will help to avoid confusion when the money is exchanged.
The auction staff will give the buyer the matching ticket with the same number once the item has been sold.
The seller will then give the ticket to the purchaser. The auction staff will be able to see that the item has been paid for. We assume the item is not paid for if there is only one ticket. The item can only be released if the seller appears and provides identification to prove that he's who he claims to be according to the written name on the notepad. The auction staff will not be responsible for any item that is left unpaid in the roped-off area after the auction ends. Please pay and pick up your items as soon as possible. We want to be able to enjoy the remainder of the show.
