Welcome to the Law Enforcement-Homeland Security Forum & Technology Exposition 2024. This event has helped to build partnerships, share and integrate intelligence, strengthen collaborations and bridge technology over the years.
This classified forum will include keynote speakers, panel discussions, case studies, presentations and other topics relevant to Federal Law Enforcement and Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community and the wider national security community.

The forum will include products, technologies and programs from government and industry which will be displayed during the Unclassified Technology Exposition that will take place on June 12th. During the Expo, forum attendees will be exposed to technologies, programs, subject matter expertise, data management/analytical tools, geospatial/mapping capabilities, and other products to support their national security and homeland security mission.
Join us and more than 250 representatives from the DoD, Homeland Security, Intelligence, National Law Enforcement, and Supporting Communities to explore, exchange information, and network on important national security topics.

What does it mean when the Deputy Secretary of Defense says that Responsible AI will help us win in strategic competition? "Not despite our values but because of them '..." This presentation explains the DoD’s efforts to operationalize Responsible AI, and how it sustains our competitive edge. This presentation takes a deeper look at a key component of DoD's Responsible AI approach: the Responsible AI toolkit. The toolkit is a process that allows AI projects to identify, track and mitigate RAI issues, as well as capitalize on RAI related opportunities for innovation, through the use of modular and tailorable assessments, tools and artifacts. The Toolkit is built on two pillars, the SHIELD assessment and the Defense AI Guide on Risks (DAGR), both of which address AI risks holistically. The Toolkit allows for risk management, traceability and assurances of responsible AI development, practice and use.
