This will include academics, journalists and taste experts as well as leading figures in the food industry and the gastronomy sector.Olive and Olive Oil Tasting AreaThe students from the Food Engineering Department of Ege University will explain the different pressing methods used to obtain the olive oil. They will also be able show the visitors the essential olive varieties for the table as well as the olive oils that can be obtained. Olive Oil AuctionThe preciousness of olive oils will be once again revealed at the IMM auction, where products from local producers and cooperatives are offered for sale.
