Today, the third Advisory Board Meeting for 2022 was held at Jeddah College of Advertising. It was chaired by Dr Abdullah Sadiq Dahlan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
The advisory board was composed of a group advertising and media leaders led by His Excellency Councilor Mohamed Saeed Tayeb. He is the pioneer in Tihama Company's success. Mr. Waleed Kattan, CEO of Kattan Media, Mr. Talal al-Dulaimi Chairman at TPH DDB, and Mr. Qaswara El-Khatib, Managing Director of the Sector of Communication and Marketing in National Activities Center & Chairman on Board at Webedia Arabia.
Dr. Haneen Mohammad Shoaib (Dean of the Advertising College) thanked everyone and praised their active participation in raising the college's output. He also supported the college's strategy of continuous improvement to become a top college locally and internationally for high-quality advertising communication education.
The college shared its wonderful news at the Advisory Board meeting. It also obtained the initial license for its post-graduate program. In addition, it signed many memoranda of understandings with key bodies like the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and Saudi Cruise in order to promote cooperation between academia and industry.
After studying the recommendations and obtaining approval from the University's higher management, the Advisory Council team came up with a lot of great ideas to stimulate creativity and innovation in advertising.
